2016 Conventions~

I have been rather inactive in deviantArt but let's try to change that, okay? ^^''
It seems I have been lazy too, I haven't edited my Animecon photos at all, but I have new photos for you from Chibicon which was held in December 13th 2015. So more photos of Genkaku coming, I'm very happy with them~
Year's first convention is Desucon Frostbite, held in Lahti 15th to 17th January. Yes, in less than a week from now on. :''>
My plans are all group cosplays and a pair cosplay!
Friday: Nagi Kengamine / Owl (Deadman Wonderland)
Saturday: Captain Nightmist (Cardfight!! Vanguard)
Sunday: Daitokuji-sensei (Yu-Gi-Oh! GX) come pet my adorable Pharaoh plushie, nya~
Then the next conventions:
Yukicon 3.0 (Helsinki, 27th - 28th of February)
- Renzou Shima, illuminati version from Ao no Exorcist (Sunday), not sure about what to wear on Saturday
Winter Nekocon (Kuopio, 5th - 6th of March)
- I might only attend this if I get to work in there. ^^'' Might cosplay Law from One Piece.
Mimicon (Mikkeli, 28th - 29th of May)
- Not so sure about this anymore since I have to work hard with school D:
- If attending, will have Shoutmon Digimon 'gijinka'.
Multicon (Sollentuna, June 28th - July 3rd)
- Oooohboy ohboy. owo' The tickets will be sold on January 22nd, this will be an awesome trip. <3
- Cosplaying Tadashi Hamada and maybe Draco Malfoy with a Slytherin shirt. :'''D
- Maybe also Bill Cipher from Gravity Falls.
Attending Multicon means I won't be at Kawacon (which would be 2nd - 3rd of July)

Animecon (Jyväskylä, 9th - 10th of July)
- What was I supposed to wear again? o.O'' Will edit this post later...

- Shingo Sawatari from Yu-Gi-Oh! Arc-V
I also am planning to cosplay Shark from Yu-Gi-Oh! ZeXal and V / Cristohper Arclight from the same series. It would be awesome to cosplay YGO! Arc-V's Yuuri too, but I might have to postpone that. o3o

I'm back in (cosplay) business(?)!
I have been quiet for the summer, but that doesn't mean I didn't do anything! I visited Mimicon, Animecon, a cosplay beach meeting in Espoo aaaaand finally Tracon at the beginning of September!

- Saturday: Misaki Tokura (from Cardfight!! Vanguard G) and I have a cat plushie with me. : D
- Sunday: Android #18 (from DragonBall Z, beginning of the Android Saga)
I will take some stuff to sell at Mimicon's 'yard sale', hopefully everything goes! (manga, figurines, cards, plushies, etc.)
I hope I don't have to take them home with me after the convention. x''D

Vappu and Summer 2015

Hiyas!
I'm almost out of school and this week I'm going to celebrate vappu/walpurgisnacht/(May madness????? serpentiiniä kaulaan ja menoks!) and I'm cosplaying Renzou Shima. I'll be Wappu-Shima. : D
I still haven't heard from work if I have a summer job or not, but here are some quite sure conventions I'm going to attend:
Mimicon <3 (13.-14.6.)
Animecon 2015 (11.-12.7.)
Tracon X (5.-6.9.)
My cosplays might change on the way there but in Mimicon I'm going to use one or two of my existing cosplays and in Animecon I'm going to cosplay from Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D'S. Character is Carly Nagisa's Dark Signer version.
For Tracon me and my friend are going as Ao no Exorcist characters with a little twist, and on Sunday I'll cosplay from Deadman Wonderland. I was thinking of cosplaying from Yu-Gi-Oh! Arc-V on Sunday but we will see, at the moment I'm in DMWL hype. ^^'''''
In May I'll also have a small JoJo's Bizarre Adventure photoshoot with friends!
How are you guys doing? Have you read/watched something great recently? Any new cosplay ideas?

Desucon Frostbite 2015

It was a bit spontaneous decision but I think I won't regret it.
Frostbite is held at Lahti from February 13th to 15th. Yes, it's Valentine's Day, Alla Hjärtans Dag, Ystävänpäivä.
Cosplay plans are a bit hurried ones, but there's three of them though I'm not sure if I'm going to take all of them with me. Less baggage, less stress!
EDIT: I decided I'm going to cosplay Shaiapouf on Friday and Saturday and Genkaku on Sunday! <3

So I might cosplay Gammon Sakanoue from Phi Brain: Kami no Puzzle. He dresses up in leather all the way from head to toes, so I have bought things to that costume, I can't sew leather. : ( But I'm going to do his belt myself and maybe Orpheus bracelet/bangle.
Next option is Shintarou Midorima from Kuroko no Basuke. Yes, KnB is my guilty pleasure. Especially this combination of a sport dude and a nerdy guy with a silly shy megane tsundere act. 8D I might do Midorima's school uniform, or replace the jacket with an orange hoodie that would match his team Shuutoku colours.
Third option is Shaiapouf from Hunter x Hunter and to be honest I'm most eager to do his outfit right now. I have this weird feeling of "I'm not very sure I can sew this shirt well but I really want to try!" and I'm going to cosplay him in summer Desucon anyway, so why not start early? Frostbite version would be a "cape like wings" version and I'll add the colours for his wings for summer.
I also might go as Genkaku again because I just lovehim Deadman Wonderland. :I
